PR shop Pomp & Circumstance has two new partners following the promotion of Rob Loschiavo and Erika Ceddia. The appointments are part of a plan to both manage the agency’s rapid growth and build out its creative and digital agency, Bonus Track.

"The creative and strategic leadership Erika and Rob have shown over the past five years has played an integral role in the agency’s growth,” said Amanda Alvaro, president and co-founder of Pomp & Circumstance. “With Rob and Erika joining as partners, our promise to pursue grand ideas takes on new dimensions for both our agency and clients.”

Both of the new partners had been VPs at the agency, and will retain their operational focus: Ceddia will lead business development initiatives, while Loschiavo will lead the agency's creative direction.

Pomp & Circumstance launched Bonus Track in 2022 as a creative agency offering creative, content, design, and branding. Meanwhile the 35-person agency has added a number of new clients in the past year, helping it earn two “fastest growing” honours from industry media.

The new clients include:

● Nobu Hotel Toronto: P&C will be responsible for the development of the brand’s Canadian launch plans, opening ceremonies/events and leading all earned media and influencer relations.

● Nudestix: P&C will work with the Canadian brand to strengthen their Canadian PR and creative development, including media relations, influencer marketing and XM.

● JLL (Vaughan Mills, Mapleview Centre, Outlet Collection at Niagara, Oshawa Centre): Bonus Track was chosen as AOR covering paid media, social media management, content creation, event curation, and influencer management.

"As we step into our new roles as partners at Pomp & Circumstance PR, we bring a shared passion for bringing big ideas to life for our clients with fresh curiosity and perspective,” said Loschiavo and Ceddia in a statement. “We're looking forward to continuing working alongside Amanda and Lindsay to usher Pomp & Circumstance into a new era of opportunities.”
