Earnscliffe Expands Pr Services With Kaiser & Partners Acquisition

The two firms signed an agreement to join forces on Jan.19, which is expected to close on April 1.

Earnscliffe Strategies, a national public affairs and government relations firm, has acquired award-winning PR firm Kaiser & Partners (K&P), which has offices in Toronto and Montreal.

K&P, formerly known as Kaiser Lachance Communications, was co-founded in 2011 by David Kaiser (pictured top middle) and Anne Lachance. Kaiser now leads the firm with president Janine Allen (pictured top right).

The strategic coupling establishes K&P as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Earnscliffe, strengthening each firm’s position in the industry while enhancing their collective client servicing capabilities.

“In addition to broadening our services and capacity in public relations, it expands our footprint in Toronto and establishes a presence in Quebec,” said Earnscliffe’s CEO Craig Robinson (pictured top left), in a release. “It also broadens our team and provides for additional opportunities to grow professionally.”

According to the release, the agreement, signed on Jan. 19, is expected to close on April 1, 2024. As both companies are privately held, terms are not disclosed.

“Our success and growth to date has been driven by an unwavering commitment to putting people first and a relentless dedication to helping our clients find communications solutions to business challenges,” said K&P’s president Janine Allen. “We are confident that the like minded values we find in Earnscliffe will be key to our continued growth and our clients continued success.”
